-AS, menguasai pembuatan laporan keuangan (P/L,Ballance sheet, budgeting) dan perpajakan.
-Secretary, menguasai korespondensi surat menyurat, menangani/mengatur meeting, mengatur perjalanan dinas & mampu mengatur kas kecil, filling.
-IT, menguasai hardware/software dan networking troubleshooting
- HK, pengalaman di mall, hotel
-S&M, property (mall, real estate, apartemen, officetower),insurance, peronal banking.
4) Mampu berbahasa inggris baik lisan maupun lisan aktif.
5) Bekerja dengan target dan tim

Third Party Logistics Officer

Third Party Logistics Officer di PHE WMO
 
Main Job Responsibility of Logistics 3PL :
 
- Responsible to ensure the smooth Logistics contract execution, administration and coordination of project deliverables.
- Collaborative relationships with PHE WMO 3rd party logistics & transport service providers; serving as liaison to effectively communicate outcome requirements to 3rd party logistics service providers.
- On-time delivery performance metrics & reduction in complaints from customer (user) regarding to job process.
- Ensure operational compliance with PHE WMO standards, policies and procedures as measured.
- Develop Logistics Manual, Procedure & SOP's with associated PHE WMO internal Department where applicable.
- Works with both 3PL and transportation providers to achieve continuous improvements to achieve goals for delivery service, quality, safety, and economical cost.
- Effectively communicate with Operations to ensure that customer needs are met or exceeded in a timely project.
- Provide internal communication and support to ensure the successful delivery of results.
- Maintain and manage cost forecast (cost control) for logistics contract.
- Maintain and manage also monitoring Logistics contract duration period.
- Liaise with customer (user) and government to coordinate the smooth execution of project deliverables.
- Prepare and compile weekly and monthly reports for logistics issues.
- Build customer relationships, identify customer (user) needs and provides solutions and best practices.
- Coordinate movements of freight such land, air and sea transportation include scheduling arrival dates and pick up and delivery appointments. (Dispatcher function).
- Knowledgeable and up to date in current 3PL practices, procedures and regulations.
- Experience in IT solution software such as vessel tracking, satellite and radar function.
- Supports KPI development in logistics section.
- Trouble shooter and problem solving between vendor and user.
 
 
Minimum requirement of Logistics 3PL :
 
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Creative, organized and self directed.
- Responsible, reliable and results driven.
- Ability to multi-task and complete tasks to a deadline.
- Good looking and has attractive individual manner.

- Familiarity with database programs and computer applications systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
- High-energy and a positive attitude.
- Female Max 27 Years Old, Graduated from National University or Colleagues with GPA 3.00 up.
- 5 Years experience in Transportation / Logistics.
