Student Services Staff
Binusian Level 4 – Report to Services Section Head
Location – Anggrek Campus
Purpose of Jobs:
o Interact with students or stakeholders to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about documents and services
o Responsible for assisting all students/other stakeholders with their questions about BINUS University (through CRM) and BINUS Maya
o Provide excellent services for students or other stakeholders related to following activities:
· Student document distribution services
· Student registration services
· Student request services
· Student information services
o Update information in frequently as question (FAQ)
o Ensure promptly respond to customer inquiries
o Ensure the effectiveness of customer complaints handling process
Requirements:
· Min. Diploma 3 Degree or BINUS University student min. 2nd semester, in any major
· Max. age 30 year‐old
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Have min. 1 year experience, preferably with exposure in the same field
· Have good administration skills and attention to details
