Student Advisory & Relations Officer
Binusian Level 5 – Report to Student Advisory & Creativity Development Section Head
Location – Alam Sutra Campus
Purpose of Jobs:
o Implement and monitor the programs of student counseling, mentoring, and program development
o Assist academic departments in monitoring students' learning activities and their academic achievement
o Coordinate and monitor the implementation of student committee activities
o Facilitate student committees, student clubs, and administrative assistant in ensuring financial compliance
o Ensure the excellent organizing of student advisory and creativity development programs
o Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
o Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
Requirements:
o Min. Bachelor Degree or higher in Psychology
o Max. age 33 year-old
o Have experience at least 2 years in similar position
o Have experience in Higher Education Institution (HEI)
o Have basic skill of counseling and student personal approach
