Binusian Level 6 – Report to Operation Manager
Location – Syahdan Campus
Purpose of Jobs:
o Interact with students, lecturers or stakeholders to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about documents and services
o Maintain and improve operational effectiveness of BINUS Online Learning by coordinating following activities:
· Student request services
· Student information services
o Support teaching & learning operational process at BINUS Online Learning by coordinating following activities:
· Provide excellent services for lecturers
· Conduct class monitoring activities
· Lecture payment administration process
o Coordinate and provide EPSBED reports
o Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
o Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
Requirements:
o Bachelor Degree or higher in any major
o Max. age 35 year‐old
o Have min. 3 years of experience in operational field
o Have min. 1 year experience in Higher Education Institution
o Understand online learning methodology
