Binusian Level 4 – Report to BINUS Creates Coordinator

Location – Anggrek Campus

 

Purpose of Jobs:

·         Issue Bank Disbursement (BD) and send invoice to clients

·         Update internal competency of all BINUS facilitators

·         Record and maintain documents related to business development activities (update and monitor)

·         Ensure accuracy of contacts and communication database

·         Assist in evaluation reports for all projects in business development units

·         Perform promotion activities for business development projects

·         Assist in organizing event management for events

·         Perform project portfolio & create project's log detailed reports

·         Perform website management activities

·         Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department

·         Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders

 

Requirements:

·         Min. Diploma 3 Degree or higher in any major

·         Max. age 30 year‐old

·         Have min. 1 years of experience in similar position, education-related experience strongly preferred

·         Accounting related experience is preferable

·         Attention to details

·         Good interpersonal & communication skills
