Lecturer Planning & Qualification Coordinator

Binusian Level 6 – Report to Lecturer Resource Center Manager

Location – Anggrek Campus

 

Purpose of Jobs:

o   Provide strategy in building teaching capabilities toward university mission achievements

o   Provide the standard and qualification model for Faculty member Design all programs in order to have sufficient qualified number of faculty members

o   Plan and maintain the ideal number of faculty member

o   Monitor and review the ratio data between existing FM and standard

o   Maintain the qualification of faculty member in BINUS University

o   Assist in translating the standard qualification into institutional qualification

o   Coordinate activities with related parties to develop current faculty member in order to achieve the standard

o   Process the academic qualification proposal with external parties (e.g. DIKTI, KOPERTIS) for the all faculty member matters

o   Maintain the data and documentation that related to academic promotion & FM qualification

o   Build and maintain relation with external parties that related to academic qualification

o   Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders

 

Requirements:

o   Min. Bachelor Degree in any major

o   Max. age 38 years old

o   Have min. 3 years experience in related field in Higher Education Institution

o   Have international experience (e.g. overseas study, living aboard, working abroad, etc), or familiar with overseas

Higher Education

o   Have understanding of Process of Teaching and Learning in HEI

o   Have knowledge about Global learning system
