PT REDTREE INDONESIA is located in south Jakarta urgently looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and qualified young person to join our super team for the following position:
Finance & Accounting Manager
• Qualifications:
- Possess significant management experience of finance functions and broad knowledge of accounting and taxation.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills
- Understanding of management control system and good track record in system and procedure implementation.
- Have a good knowledge in micro and macro financial analysis and budgetary reports (internal and external)
- Familiar with project costing and controller
- Able to deliver timely and quality result under limited supervision
• Requirements:
- Male/Female max 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Accounting and Taxation, Financial and Analytical, Management Control System.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Management/Cost Accounting/Business Analyst or Others.
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Strong managerial skill and leadership
- Willing to work under tight target and schedule
- Good communication skill and strong personality
